In the entire City of San Fernando, these schools are found to be remarkable in monitoring the attendance rate of the children beneficiaries, showing full support to Pantawid Pamilya.

Assistant Regional Director for Operations Marlene Febes D. Peralta together with the Regional Program Coordinator Rosalyn L. Descallar awarded Plaque of Appreciation to the mentioned schools, personally received by the School Principals, Ms. Jeanette A. Caluza and Ms. Leonora R. Estolas, respectively.

“Kayong mga bata ang patuloy na bumubuhay sa ating bayan. Kayo ang pag-asang aming pinanghahawakan upang ipagpatuloy ang mga magagandang nasimulan at tapusin ang anumang kabaluktutang napairal (You (children) continuously give life to our nation. You are the hope that we are holding on to in carrying on the legacies of marvelous beginnings and to put an end to wrongdoings)”, said ARD Peralta.

Pantawid Pamilya staff handed school kits and free lunch to all the children beneficiaries, parents, and teachers. This is DSWD’s way of appreciating and recognizing every child beneficary’s effort to pursue education for a better tomorrow. (by: Jaesem Ryan A. Gaces, Information Officer II/Pantawid Pamilya)
