As of December 2021, a total of 11,697 additional poor household beneficiries are now registered in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program of Region 1. These household beneficiaries are the remaining poor households based on the Listahanan 2 result which were validated to be eligible for the Program.
The new Pantawid Pamilya household beneficiaries are required to attend the Program Orientation Session in which the program design, concept, and conditions will be thoroughly discussed. Also, they will fill out Cash Card Enrolment Forms provided by the LandBank of the Philippines and will sign an Oath of Commitment as proof that they understand and will comply to the Program conditions. They will also receive their Pantawid Pamilya Identification Cards on site.
As of 3 March 2022, a total of 5,473 household beneficiaries already graduated (4,062) and exited (1,411) from the Program. Hence, the registration of new set of household beneficiaries to meet the regional share of 204,749 households and maintain the 4.4 million target nationwide.
The graduating and exiting households were identified by the case managers anchored on Republic Act No. 11310 or 4Ps Law. Graduating households have reached self-sufficiency and voluntarily waived from the Program. A household beneficiary shall exit from the Program when they meet any of these criteria: the last monitored child turns 19 years old and finishes high school; reaches 7-year duration in the Program; no longer poor based on Listahanan result; voluntarily waives from the Program; and commits offenses leading to delisting.
These graduating and exiting households will continue receiving programs and services of the Local Government Unit which will answer their needs to sustain or even improve their level of well-being in accordance to their Sustainability Plan to include livelihood, scholarship/educational grants, medical assistance, employment opportunities, capital assistance, skills training/livelihood training, among others.
