Invitation to Bid Motor Vehicle (Re-advertisement)

 

 

The Department of Social Welfare and Development-Central Office, through its Regional Property Disposal and Awards Committee (RPDAC), hereby invites all interested parties to participate in a sealed public bidding for the disposal through sale on an “as-is-where-is” basis of various unserviceable properties consisting of the following:

The conduct of inspection shall be during regular working days and hours from 29 May 2024 to 7 June 2024, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM and shall be assisted by the RPDAC Secretariat, TWG or the Designated Property Officers (DPO).

 

 

The RPDAC will hold a Pre-Bid Conference scheduled on 3 June 2024 at 01:30 PM at the DSWD FO1 Operations Centers, Quezon Avenue, City of San Fernando, La Union. The Pre-Bid Conference is open for all prospective bidders.

 

The bidder shall submit their bid proposal in TWO (2) SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPES using the prescribed forms, along with the following documentary and financial components which must be placed into a mother envelope, securely sealed, and properly labeled containing the company name, address, contact number, signature, and bid form number on the face of the envelope. A bid bond shall be imposed on each bidder in the amount to at least ten percent (10%) of the minimum bid price per lot in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or manager’s check, and shall be submitted to RPDAC Secretariat at Property and Supply Section, 1st Floor, DSWD FO1, Quezon Avenue, City of San Fernando, La Union not later than 12:00 noon 10 June 2024 (Monday). Opening and deliberation of sealed bids shall be at 01:30 PM in DSWD FO1 Operations Center of the same date. Bidders/Representatives can witness the opening of bids.

 

Let copies of this Invitation to Bid be posted in the DSWD FO1 website and/or at least three (3) conspicuous places within the FO1 premises and disseminate the same to as many as government agencies as possible within the locality for posting in their bulletin boards for the information of the general public.
